How Much is Delivery?

We offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK Mainland addresses for all of our products.

Where do we deliver?

At present, we can only deliver to the UK mainland, but we can point you in the direction of a dealer if you want one of our products delivered to any other part of the world. Please get in touch with us directly for more information.

Delivery Timescales

FAST TRACK PRODUCTS

So long as you order before 2 pm. You will receive our fast-track items the next working day.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

These items usually take 7-14 working days to be delivered, as they often require customisation due to the many fabrics available.

FULLY BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Due to the many options and customisations, these items will inherently take longer to deliver than any other products we offer. Depending on the customisations, it can take anywhere from 7 Working Days to 12 weeks. We will give you a rough idea of lead times at checkout, but if that's not available, we will be in touch to confirm them after your order is initially confirmed.

How will my order be delivered?

All our orders are shipped via DPD. You'll receive a one-hour delivery window and tracking information so that you can follow your order's journey. If the scheduled delivery time doesn't suit you, you can easily reschedule it via a link sent via email and SMS.

Please note:

Weekdays (Monday to Friday) are considered working days.
During peak periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Our Customer Care team will keep you informed of any potential delays.
